LONDON/STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Britain's DS Smith is buying the recycled packaging operations of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA) for 1.6 billion euros ($2 billion) to win more business from the world's top consumer goods companies.
